Shipping Policy
Delivery Coverage
We offer delivery services across PAN India through our trusted logistics partner (Shiprocket).
Delivery Time
• Estimated delivery time: 3 to 6 working days
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, availability, and external factors.
Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout
• No hidden charges – you only pay the final amount shown during checkout
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS/email so you can monitor
your delivery status.
Return Policy
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of medical and hygiene
products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.
Return Eligibility
• Return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Invoice must be available
• Product should be in resalable condition
Non-Returnable Product
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products are non-returnable:
• ETO Sterile Products (once delivered)
• Disposable medical products
• Masks, gloves, PPE kits
• Any opened or used product
👉 These items can only be replaced in case of:
• Manufacturing defect
• Damaged product
• Wrong item delivered
📌 Medical hygiene products are generally restricted from return unless defective, as also
followed by industry practices (romsons.in)
Replacement Policy
Replacement is applicable only if:
• Product is damaged during transit
• Wrong product delivered
• Manufacturing defect found
Important:
• Unboxing video/photo proof may be required
• Request must be raised within 48 hours for damaged/wrong items
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed only if:
• Prepaid orders → refunded to original payment method
• COD orders → refunded via bank transfer
• Refund initiation: within 5–7 working days after approval
• Credit time depends on bank processing
Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
Important Notes
• Do not accept delivery if the package is damaged or tampered
• Medigen reserves the right to reject returns if conditions are not met
• Product color/packaging may slightly vary due to manufacturing batches
