5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or confirmation (in case of COD)
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
      o Product unavailability
      o Pricing errors
      o Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Customers can cancel orders before dispatch only
6. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across PAN India through trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines are generallybetween 3 to 6 working days, depending on location.
Delays may occur due to external factors such as logistics issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Returns are accepted under specific conditions only:
• Return requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery
• Products must be unused and in original packaging  Non-Returnable Products:
• ETO Sterile Products
• Disposable medical items (masks, gloves, PPE kits, etc.)
These items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety standards, unless defective or

Refunds and replacements are subject to approval after quality inspection.
